State of Environment Trend and Conditions Report

South Australia has an ongoing program to periodically publish Trend and Condition Report Cards that track the change in condition of the State's natural resources.

The third set of Report Cards was publicly released in September 2018. This included 41 Report Cards covering 6 key themes: climate change (5 cards); inland waters (9 cards); River Murray (6 cards); land (8 cards); coastal and marine (9 cards); and air quality (4 cards). This set of Report Cards is used as foundational information for South Australia’s State of the Environment Report, last released by the EPA in November 2018.

These report cards present the most complete available on the successes and challenges South Australia faces in managing our natural resources, and will be used to support on-ground decision making at a local level, and inform policy making at a state level.
