Saving our Species (SoS)

Saving our Species is the NSW Government’s flagship threatened species conservation program. This innovative state-wide program seeks to maximise the number of threatened species that are secure in the wild in NSW.

Saving our Species provides targeted conservation projects to save specific plants and animals on management sites, and prioritises and monitors investment in projects to ensure benefits to the maximum number of species. SoS encourages partnerships with the community, corporate and government sectors and consults extensively with experts to deliver its projects.
