Plan for Our Parks

The Plan for Our Parks initiative was announced by the Premier on 20 February 2019 to create a minimum of five million hectares of new national parks, marine parks and other conservation reserves over the next five years. Plan for Our Parks will create more opportunities for nature-based and cultural tourism, provide enhanced biodiversity conservation and build on Aboriginal joint management throughout Western Australia.
